• I would not put it in your back pocket because sitting on the unit will cause it to call for help. Clip it on your belt or waistband.

• NOT SURE OF THE EXACT WEIGHT BUT IT'S NOT HEAVY. GOT THIS FOR MY MOM AND SHE WEARS IT AROUND HER NECK AS SUGGESTED AND HAS NO DISCOMFORT. I WOULD SAY LESS THAN A POUND. IF YOU PLAN TO USE IT FOR FALL DETECTION IT IS SUGGESTED THAT YOU WEAR IT ON YOUR NECK. IT COMES WITH A BELT CLIP BUT DOESN'T WORK FOR THE FALL DETECTION IF YOU USE THE BELT CLIP. IT WOULD FIT IN A BACK POCKET WITH EASE BUT NOT SURE IF THAT IS SUFFICIENT FOF THE FALL DETECTION. I WOULD CALL AND ASK THEM FIRST IF THIS IS A BIG CONCERN. IT WORKS GREAT AND WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE.
