When you get the new one just call them and they will activate the new one and deactivate the old one for free. No activation charges.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. Call Great Call and tell them that you want to replace a defective bad device with a new one that you purchased. They will ask a number of questions so they can deactivate the bad one and activate the new one. Took about 30 minutes.
