• I can't answer as I have a device I wear around my neck not on my belt

• Thank you for your question. The Lively Mobile Plus device must be worn around the neck with the Fall Detection Lanyard in order to detect falls. Keep in mind that if you experience a fall and the device did not detect it you can always press the button to reach Urgent Response for help.
