What type of batteries does this require? null

The wreath runs on 3 AA batteries. Incredible! I thought for sure it ran on C or D batteries. I'm really excited to use this wreath on my front door. All LED Christmas lighting should offer the option between white and multicolored. Once you switch it on, it will stay on for 6 hours then off for 18 hours every day until it is switched off. The wreath has 9 different lighting patterns which you can cycle through by hitting the power button on the battery box. Very nifty.
