That depends on your output size, unless you're saying that you don't have the ability to adjust image size. There might be a limitation on the software you are using (I've heard that 4k option doesn't show up on G HUB for some people - can't confirm and don't use it). It should work with SwiftCapture. If you use something like OBS, it'll also change to the resolution to 4k if you drop your framerate to 30fps in the settings. For reference: 4K Ultra HD video calling (up to 4096 x 2160 pixels @ 30 fps) 1080p Full HD video calling (up to 1920 x 1080 pixels @ 30 or 60 fps) 720p HD video calling (up to 1280 x 720 pixels @ 30, 60, or 90 fps)

You'll have to use our Logitech Capture software in order to get higher resolution for your webcam. I'll attach a link for the download at the end of this message. Also, if you are using OBS to stream, you can change the webcam resolution by opening the webcam settings on it and switching it to your desired resolution.
