• I purchased online from Best Buy and they shipped it to me using a 3rd party shipper. The shipping company was awesome as the driver texted me when he was on the way and he gently placed it on my front door step and texted me when delivered.

• The products that you order from BestBuy.com either come from Best Buy's warehouse or from nearby store locations. They don't come from 3rd party sellers.
