That’s the same size as mine and it works great. I do some graphic design on the side and I can use this case however I want for that to work while still leaving the iPad Pro in the case. It doesn’t have a holder for the Apple Pencil like some but I have a grip on my pencil and it wouldn’t help me anyway.

Yes it fits perfectly. I bought this cover. Much better than Apple cover which has no back. Very durable and easy connection. Keyboard works fine.
