I read about that happening to someone as well. So when I got mine. I put a 9h ballistic glass on the iPad and put some low profile silicone/rubber stick on feet bumpers from a hardware store on the hard (non fabric part) four corners of the keyboard. So that when the keyboard is closed the bumper pads prevent the iPad from touching the keyboard. The bumper pads are no more than a 1/4" high. So they still allow the case to be folded flat or level without the iPad sticking up or uneven when closed. I did take the adhesive off of the bumper pads as it was too gooey and might goop up the keyboard. I replaced the adhesive with heavy duty 3M double stick tape made for outdoors, and has a holding capacity lof 5 lbs. The bumper pads only rest on the screen protected edge or border of the iPad that does not have a touch sensitivity or screen picture. This way, in case there is an eventual imprint. It will only be on the screen protector glass shield and on the non picture part of the iPad. It has worked well so far.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What kind of marks? I put a screen saver on my IPad Pro 12.9, and have not seen any marks. I did read about that problem, and the answer generally was to put a screen saver on the tablet.
