“Can this be used as a case? I mean the keys won't damage the screen when closed?”

I have a screen protector on my iPad and see no scratches or issues yet (it’s been a month and a half). I doubt the keys create any damage as there is not a rubbing or moving when closed, it just stays shut tightly. It feels like a case all by itself and pretty protected.
