Hello, Wally! I would recommend making sure that the iPad has Screen Lock turned off. To do this, swipe down for the upper right hand corner of the screen which will pull up the Command Center. Here there should be a little square with a lock icon and an arrow going around the lock. If this icon is red, that means that the screen won't move with the iPad's orientation. If it's red, tap on the icon and it should correct itself. - Maggie from Logitech
