Q: QuestionI just bought this headset today and plugged it in. It's not nearly loud enough. I have the volume turned up all the way on the wheel and I have checked my settings on my pc. If so there something else I need to do? I have an IBUYPOWER PC.

• A:Answer It sounds like you've got everything set correctly. I would try another USB port on your PC, if you haven't already. You may also want to make sure all the audio and USB drivers your PC are up to date as well.

Q: QuestionWould these work with cell phones with jacks? I would think so... I'm working from home and kinda hate trying to look client stuff up while juggling the phone. I use a higher end Logitech gaming set on my gaming system that has always sounded great.

Q: Questionhey so i just brought one for my ps4 these headsets and like the headphone work to hear the other players but the mic isn’t working ?? i’ve looked it up online and most people are saying i need a usb /adapter,do i need it or how do i fix it ??

• A:Answer It’s sounds as if headset is defective as you can hear people, but if mic isn’t working after you bring the mic piece down, then it’s unfortunately defective because It’s just a simple plug in headset through the 3.5 jack. I have the headset I would know! I don’t have a ps4 so I can’t confirm if a USB adapter is needed or not. Last thing I would do is do a mic test and plug it through your computer and see if the mic is detected when you plug into a laptop or desktop then you know if it’s truly defective or not.

Q: QuestionMy son bought this for his Xbox One and can't get it to work with his controller. We've now ordered two splitter cables from Amazon to connect to the one that came with the headset without any success. Help?

• A:Answer Hello, I'm sorry you're having trouble with the G332 headset. The headphones should just plug into the 3.5mm jack on the controller. You shouldn't need the adapter if he is trying to use the headphones and microphone.

Q: QuestionI had a logitech headset before and I am wondering, does the 3.5 input jack work as mic and headset in one? Most headsets have two separate 3.5 audio jacks specifically for each unit (headset and mic).

• A:Answer These should work if you have a standard 1/8" audio/mic jack.. works no problem on all the laptops, Ipad, xbox controller, etc I've tried it on since owning it. It even comes with a splitter in case your device has both an audio input and mic input.. I'd expect these will work like any other headphones with mic.
