“I bought this headset about a week or so ago, and once i turned it on, a beeping sound pops off and I can't hear sound at all anymore. My headset is paired and everything. Once I turned it on, a beeping sounds hears off then a blue light flashes.”

i have the same issue sometimes you have to press and hold the mic button and that usually fixes it for me. Also make sure itnis charged

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Ant. If you are trying to use the headset with the USB receiver, the LED should be cyan (light blue). If you are using Bluetooth, the LED should be a darker shade of Blue. To switch between Lightspeed (USB) and Bluetooth, hold the Mute button for 3 seconds. You may also have to select your headset from the system settings if you have a different speaker/headset set as the default audio out device.
