I have massive hands, and I don't have any issues, many a mouse has hurt my wrist and hand due to size, but this one is good. They also have it on display at best buy so you can go ahead and demo it

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its plenty long and the left and right buttons extend way up front of the mouse. I have little hands and my fingers don't reach all the way up them. I however find the mouse to be comfortable to use. Great sensitivity. I love it. The software makes it a breeze to program for any game or other kinds of programs. No connection issues with either bluetooth or lightspeed.
