• Yes, this keyboard is compatible with Windows 10. I have it loaded now. Works great.

• Yes, it comes with everything needed to be compatible with Windows10. The directions are pretty clear, too. Make sure to load the software to enable all the memory keys. I am on Windows 10 and have had no problems.
