Sorry to hear. If you just bought return them. There defective or at least sound like they are. If youve had them a little bit contact logitech. They have an awesome warranty exchange program.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.try sliding the on off button several times mine did that when a got it new but something about new electronics in switch might be a common problem I"ve had with other things. haven't had any more issues with it since that 1 time
