• No, the Logitech Harmony 655 does not have a volume lock.

• Hi Jimbob, You certainly can volume lock or control what kind of volume you have with your devices and that's via the Harmony software. Once all your devices have been entered, the Harmony software will prompt you to create a Watch TV activity. You'll be asked what input each of your devices have to be in order for you to see video and hear sound.
