Go to setup.myharmony.com and create an account. I spoke to their customer service twice. The first person really didn't help. The second person spent 50 minutes on the phone with me and absolutely fixed the issues. You can call them at 866-291-1505.

When you tell the 665 that you are using a particular cable box, the buttons will be automatically programmed to do what the cable providers remote does. So, if you want to know what the buttons will do when operating a specific device, you really need to look at the instructions for that device, rather than for the 665. (The functions for the buttons change for different devices.) That said, the setup guide is the only manual I've seen for the 665. It's at: https://support.myharmony.com/en-pl/harmony-665-user-manual

For example again, on my FIOS remotes the colored buttons are assigned different uses such as the red button in the DVR mode will erase a folder and not just a program and it does the same on the 665.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The four colored buttons are programmed by the MyHarmony app to match the special buttons used on many remotes. For example, on a TIVO remote those four colored buttons are labeled "A B C D" and control specific functions on the TIVO. Depending upon which remote the Harmony is emulating the buttons will do different things. But you can program any button on the Harmony to do specific functions for your device. Just go to the MyHarmony app and you will find a feature called "Buttons" which enables you to program a button to do anything you want. I am not aware of any stand alone instruction manual for the Harmony 665.other than the small setup guide which comes with the unit.
