“I have a Sony Bravia 900H Android TV. I would like to be able to control the TV Apps with the 665. I setup a Home button that switches over but the up, down, left, and right arrows do not work. The OK(Enter) button does not work either. Can this be fixed?”

I would try resetting it up and if it still doesn't work, when you get to the Home button and it doesn't work, hit Help and it will try to fix it. Cues you to indicate whether or not it worked. If it doesn't then you can try to assign buttons or call Tech help.
