If they are the same model, then I doubt it. The software distinguishes by manufacturer and model and since they are next to each other i don't see how the remote would know the difference. Depending on how Samsung sets up their remotes, it might not work even if they are different models. Also, Logitech is discontinuing it's whole Harmony system because of changes in TV and streaming landscape. Lastly, I like the device but the off button is quite small and tends to wear out in a year or so with heavy use and then you have to replace the device which might not be possible since they have been discontinued.

If your Samsung TVs are the same make and model or your current tv remote using an infrared controls more than one samsung tv on that wall at a time when you point the remote at only one tv the answer is yes cross interference will probably happen with this remote .
