“Just configured 665 with new 75 LG smart Tv / Oled ... all the steaming apps come up on Home Screen but can’t scroll thru with harmony remote to select an app? Also can’t close out the app menu off home screen either ???”

Check that the scroll buttons on the Harmony 655 are programmed to control the TV and not some other device in your system. If they control some other device and you don't want to change that, you can assign other buttons or screen commands to do the TV scrolling, or you can use the Device button to select the TV whenever you want to select an app.

Using the computer program and the remote plugged into the computer (using the USB cable), be sure the TV is set to be the default device controlled by the arrow buttons. Or, you can press the "devices" button and select the TV. The remote will now only control the TV.
