The LCD/LED display has 4 buttons next to it and the the screen is split in corresponding quadrants top/bottom, left/right. Specific buttons for devices that are not universal; 1-9, play, record, FF etc. are displayed on the screen. For example on a Roku the house/home, * for commands, and the <- button are all replicated on the remote and/or on the screen part. Check Harmony's remote if you want the exact mapping or solution to your question but the short answer is yes, it will replicate it. The but is how well compared to what you are used to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This remote will control all the older Apple TV’s. If the new Apple TV with Siri is only IR (infra-red) you can make this work. But I have a feeling that the Siri capability is similar to Alexa capability with the fire stick - it’s via Bluetooth. This remote does NOT do Bluetooth.
