We were using another Logitech with an older Denon and a Samsung Smart TV. We are using this one on a new Denon. Check with Best Buy when you go in to purchase it to be sure. This one is a great upgrade from our old one which was 9 years old. I would definitely check but you will like it and I am pretty sure it is going to work.
