Please try again later.NOTE: Harmony 665 remote is computer programmed (Apple, or Windows-Vista or higher) We have (Att Cisco-dvr cable box) (Sony-tv), (Magnavox-blue Rey), a very old (Panasonic-VCR) They all work perfectly ! (SAMSUNG-SOUND BAR) works with remote... but not syncing-(not turning on) with other components..... we must go through the diagnostics to get sound on, once on - it works perfectly (diagnostics easy, the remote walks you through) Problem could be our REMOTE may not be properly programmed (geek squad coming to resolve) Remote 665, BACKLIGHT is so faint, I did not think it lit up! ALSO, When turning on/off you MUST keep remote facing the components 10 seconds! Till everything is on/off Otherwise it can take everything out of sync, (remote will walk you through) I think you would be hard pressed to find a component this remote won't work.. However, with that said. I heard some people have had problems with xfinity I have a friend with xfinity, who has no problem with his harmony 665 and 650 I don't know if he just got lucky. Even with the minor inconvenience, (buttons are awkward at first) this remote works everything we have.. it is much more convenient then using several remotes Good luck ...Hope this helps.
