“I have an Xfinity cable box. I programmed the 665 and it controlled the cable box for about 5 minutes. Then it quit. Still controlled everything else but not the cable box. I tried reprogramming with the same results. Anybody know why?”

• I am a professional installer and have used Harmony remotes for years. I would call Harmony support they really know there stuff.
