A:Answer I have Verizon FIOS and, yes, the remote does work with it. You can program all of your devices into the 665. Just follow the directions in the start-up booklet. If memory serves, you can pay to have the Geek Squad come out to program it, but it’s really pretty simple. Get all of your model numbers handy before starting the process to save time and aggravation. By the way, the Verizon cable box does not have a manufacturer on it, so I used ‘Verizon’ and the serial number.
