The best option may just be to do something to block the line of sight to the TV you do not want it to affect.
A:AnswerWe were using another Logitech with an older Denon and a Samsung Smart TV. We are using this one on a new Denon. Check with Best Buy when you go in to purchase it to be sure. This one is a great upgrade from our old one which was 9 years old. I would definitely check but you will like it and I am pretty sure it is going to work.

A:AnswerIt operates my TCL roku TV excellent. Don't know about the polk sound bar. I have a vbox sound bar and it operates it fine. Go to the logitech web site snd see if the database has your remote listed.
