I imagine that this one is defective. Use the warranty to replace it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try popping the rubber plug out on the charging end of the remote. Once you do that, you will be able to charge directly through a standard micro usb phone charger cord. If it charges, you will know that the remote's battery is fine. If not, the problem is with the original charger stand or the charging connectors on the end of the remote.
