“Hi, Been using the Harmony Home with hub and IR Emitters. We are looking to replace the remote with the Elite. Does the Elite work with same hub and emitters as the Ultimate Home does? Thank you”

Yes it does. the emitters are the same. The only difference is in the remotes.
