You need an additional hub in order to control the ps4. You can find it on Logitech website.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. The hub connects to the PS4 via Bluetooth as like an AV remote. If you bought the additional wireless AV remote from Sony, you can't use it and the hub. You have to choose one or the other, and I chose the hub. You won't have to sacrifice any game controllers, though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works fine, setting the TV and AV system to the correct inputs, but I still need to turn the PS4 on before I can control it with the remote. I can navigate the menu system with the remote, and I assume I could play a game with it as well, but I haven't tried it. When I decide to end the activity (or switch to another activity), the remote sets my PS4 to Rest Mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Kinda... there is a way to enable your HDTV to control the PS4 but seems to flawed in some areas. Ultimately your gonna need a dual shock to control everything you want with your PS4. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2478518,00.asp
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not really, you can't power on the console with the remote even if it is in rest mode, you have to use a controller for that. Once the console is on however it does work but since you have to use a controller to turn it on anyways why bother using the remote after that.
