Yes, I have a Roku 3 and it operates it just fine. In fact, as soon as I connected the hub to my network, it detected the Roku without me having to tell it that I have one!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the Roku has an IR port any harmony remote should be able to work.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends, if you have a smart TV with a built in Roku such as TCL 6 series, etc then yes. For a stand alone Roku, I would think that it would. Just make sure you connect the hub to the wifi, and discover your smart devices (must be on the same wifi) thru the hub. The hub is also able to control some Bluetooth connected remote control. Hope this answer your question. Good luck.
