Yes you can program it yourself it walks you through the process. If you have alot of things to control it may take some time, but it is fairly easy.

Yes you can! No need to pay somebody a lot of money. It takes about 5-10 minutes top. The hardest part is finding your model numbers of the equipment you want it to control. After that plug those numbers in and bang done!

If you are familiar with how your system works and the input names, there's no reason why you couldn't do it yourself.

Yes, this remote, unlike Universal, RTI, Control 4, Crestron, Etc is designed for the end user. You should be able to program it yourself if you are at all technical. Good luck!

We called Geek Squad two days after getting tv and remote. They were nice enough to come to house and show us some tips on understanding the remote. No charge and it was helpful. I hope THIS helps. I still don't like the remote though.
