I'm pretty sure it will control your different TVs. My suggestion would be to make a unique activity for each TV to make it more convenient.

I would label them by tv or room so that you don’t hit the wrong button. For example, watch LR TV, watch BR tv, etc. This is the best universal remote you can buy.
