• You can create an activity for Smart Hub. The arrow keys control the cursor, Function + OK is the select, and the playback buttons work fine for me. Samsung TV UN55D7000.

• You MIGHT be able to control your smart TV with teh included RF dongle. If you can plug a keyboard into your television right now, and it works, you could use the RF dongle and included media keyboard and navigate with arrow keys.
