- Answer The microphone quality is good. Sometimes the sound can have a faint buzz/crunch to it, but it's hardly noticeable. It filters environment noise very well, though! Where I live has older radiators that'll clank loudly every now and again, and you can't hear them at all over the mic.

Question?Warranty? Will Geeksquad try to repair it, or will they take my defected headset and replace it? Repair would be unfortunate. The OGSquad was too troublesome in the past-(2 months to repair a phone screen & a 1hr drive one-way to a store W/repair techs).

- Answer GSPR is typically what is offered for headsets so there's a good bet that if you're still covered under a potential 24 month plan that they'll just give you a store credit back to replace it for a different headset altogether (they do not have any extra of the same headest to send.)

QuestionI have the wireless G Pros, but I I think I want wired for real-time mic monitoring with my XLR mic. Do they still offer the surround sound after you set it up with the DAC, like an on board memory? Or do I have to stay plugged into the DAC with the 3.5?

- Answer I have used it for live streaming and the sound quality is excellent. This is not your normal headset boom mic. It's a Blue yeti microphone and it is fully customizable with Logitech g hub. I have a real nasally voice and this microphone does a very good job of smoothing that out without sounding unnatural
