- Answer I just had a similar problem and have to return them. They only worked a few days but I was already hearing a issue for days now where the left ear would not work then pop and work for a while.

QuestionWhy does the headset only have audio from one side? this is mainly for ps4 whenever I enable chat audio it disables the right side I'd like to know if there is a fix for this as I'd have to enable all audio in order to hear from both.

- Answer You have to download the manual from the website, follow instructions. Cords are very specific; you cannot use any cord universally. I had the same problem; the cords are marked for specific device.

- Answer I believe you're asking about hearing yourself on the headset as you speak? If so, then yes. I can hear myself while I speak into the mic. Makes it easier to control your voice volume in the middle of the night.

QuestionDoes the material cause your head to heat up? I hate it whenever i feel heat build up in my ears and I cant help but see the high chances of that with this headset.

- Answer I use these headsets for work and I do a lot of online training. The headsets have not caused any heat build-up that I have recognized. I use them for several hours at a time, and they remain comfortable.

- Answer No, they will not work as you need to install G Hub in order to use the EQ settings, which is not on console. But the mic will sound alright.
