• No you can’t. That was one of the things I didn’t like about it. I had to remove it if I wanted to draw or to focus on just the iPad.

• No, but the keyboard detaches in an instant if you have a place to lay it. The case itself has the capability to view in either direction.

• You can, but it would make more sense to simply detach the keyboard since it wouldn’t be getting used.
