“I purchased the slim combo September 2018 through BestBuy the keyboard is no longer pairing to my iPad. And when it did, not all the keys worked. Is this a warranty issue with BestBuy or Logitech? Thank you”

• It would be an issue to bring up to Logitech as it’s their product. Best Buy just sells it.
