QuestionMy keyboard only works when the iPad is in upside down. It doesn’t recognize it when it’s in the case properly. Is there a way to fix? Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

QuestionI bought this Slim Folio for my iPad 10th Gen. The batteries now need to be replaced BUT the compartment will not budge open at all with any tool. And, I do not want to break or damage it. HELP.

- Answer I used a plastic tool to force it open. (very slow and very carful. the gap allowed me to replace the battery. Take a lithium one that gives you much mure usage time. Hope this helps

- Answer You can ask a specialist but I don’t think so. You need to make sure the camera hole is aligned correctly and that the dimensions are the same for a good fit. They will help you at Best Buy.
