“does the keyboard come with a cable to link the ipod or tablet to the keyboard i bought one of these keyboards about 3 months ago and already letters are popping off and we have never been able to link the keyboard to the tablet so just wondering if more than just a keyboard charger typically comes with this product”

• Michigan if you were having problems, back up the unit, and do a system reset. I have not had any problems with my Bluetooth connections

• Keyboards for iPads link to the item by way of Bluetooth. You must pair the two devices together. Instructions with the keyboard should have told you how to and what to do. If the keys are coming off return it and get a new one.
