To be honest, my experiences respecting your questions have been very disappointing so far. I don't think the average person (like me) can view the livestream or the recording on a desktop PC without a cloud subscription. This is because while downloading the App I did not see any Windows download. Viewing it on my mobile devices requires 2 or 3 bars of 4G or wi-fi. I can only livestream SD quality video.
