Yes, included.are 60 foot camera/power cables for each camera. Two power adapter have four connections each, Additional cameras can be purchased through Best Buy. Depending on store stock they may have to be ordered. The recorder records continuously to end of recording space on hard drive then starts recording over from beginning or can be configured in settings.
