• internet not needed but you need a power outlet for the camera to plug into.

• It does not require wifi nor internet of any kind. The cameras communicate with the monitor/receiver that is included in the set. You can view live video at all times, and if motion is detected the system will record automatically storing the files onto an SD card. The cameras require power and must be plugged in at all times to remain on. The receiver can be plugged in for continuous use, or can be carried remotely with you at all times. Battery life is roughly 4 1/2 hours.

• The camera system doesn't require WiFi. You have to plug the cameras in and you sync them with the monitor.
