• About .5 to 1 second delay via the DVR's video out, about 1 to 1.5 second delay when sent over wireless via our WIFI connection.

• Yes, it takes a few to 10 seconds and may depend on the processing power of your computer, if remote viewing, as there are up to 4 videos being recorded at once.

• This all depends on your wireless speed connectivity but still I would say there will be slight delay.

• Hello, The motion is controlled by the DVR using pixel based motion - when the image changes from one frame to the next during the video stream, the DVR will start recording immediately. Thanks, Lorex
