“I read that the signal cannot pass through metal. I want to use it in a barn/shop with 2 interior cameras and 2 exterior. Is this going to be an issue in a pole building?”

Please see list of materials with approximate signal reduction (%): Plaster & Wood 10 - 30%, Brick 30 - 50%, Concrete Cinder Blocks 50 - 70%, Metal & Metal Cladding 70 - 90%. We would recommend testing this system in the environment before mounting the cameras permanently to make sure it functions as needed.
