Lorex - 4K NVR Security System with 4 Smart Deterrence Cameras, Fusion Capabilities and Smart Motion Detection Plus - White-Front_Standard

You would need a monitor initially for setup, however once set up is complete you can download the Lorex Home app and view your cameras and recordings from there.
