“I have read on several reviews that the Lorex mobile app will only allow 1 user at a time. for example I am on the phone mobile app and my wife would log in with her phone the reviews say kicks one off, and they stop receiving notifications. is this true”

Yes, it is true. You have to also add your wife's email address so it won't do that. You sign on with your email, and she signs on with hers. Hope this helps.
