QuestionWhere do I get support for this product? I see no information on Lorex's website and if this is a Best Buy exclusive with limited support then I don't want it. It's nice to be able to go to the manufacturers website and update software and firmware!

- Answer Yes, they have one-way audio. You can hear the video footage, but you cannot talk back.
