Hi Steve, Yes, it comes with 100ft roll of cat5e.... seems to be good quality cable, just like the spools I buy for indoor or outdoor wiring. See the attached pics. Also has the weather-rated connector on the one end to make a nice weather-tight seal to the camera ethernet connector. (see the attached pics).

One end also has a nice weather-proof sleeve to mate over the camera's plug, to make a nice connection... See the attached pictures.... was a nice tightly wound bundle of 100ft. Took a pic of the specs on the cable, I'm sure it's indoor/outdoor/in-wall rated, seems like the quality of the spools of cat5E I run..
