We cannot get a land-line where we live, so we only have Verizon Wireless for our internet and cell service? We aren't sure how to connect it up so we can view it on my cell phone or tablet. I downloaded the App, but the light doesn't light up green, so we can't get it. We also have a Smart TV. If we can "hopefully" get it on my Smart Phone, can we also get it on our new Smart Television?”
