“Why do you not include a longer hex key. Why do you not include a longer hex key to tighten the locking screw. There is not enough room between the wall and the TV to turn the hex key. Also how far do you need to screw the locking screw into the bracket.”

• I agree I had to tighten in position I wanted before hanging TV then used curved end of coat hanger to pull down and lock I thought maybe this was a problem for me since I have such large hands

• I was able to use the key, but I agree this is kind of small.
